We strive to have the items shown on libfrance.com in stock. In case the item you have ordered is not available we will contact you right away. In case you need larger quantities then show available on our site please call or email us and we will work hard to accommodate your request in the fastest delivery time possible.
Sales Tax
brandnode.com ships from Portland Oregon we do not charge sales tax, unless we deliver to Canada. For Canadian Customers your Federal and Provincial VAT will apply.
Shipping
We charge modest fixed rates for shipping depending on the amount you purchase. Orders over $75 shipped to a continental USA address receive free standard shipping.
Territories and Foreign Countries outside the Continental USA Puerto Rico and Hawaii

If you are visiting our site from outside the USA and would like to purchase one of our items please email us at orders@brandnode.com and we will do our best to get you the items you want where you want them.
Brand Node, Inc. will provide tracking for your package, but cannot take responsibility for delivery to its final destination. Brand Node, Inc. will not be responsible for taxes duties or fees levied by entities outside of the USA.
Limitation of Liability
Brand Node Inc. and its affiliates, owners and employees liability is limited to, and cannot exceed the price of products sold no matter what the circumstance.
Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy and comfortable with your purchase. On USA deliveries of blank (unbranded) merchandise, Brand Node will refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt no questions asked. Please email us with product description and quantity and we will email you a return authorization number(RA #) and shipping instructions. Please make sure to include your RA Number on your package this will allow us to process your refund or exchange faster. Please note that all products need to be in original packaging and in sell-able condition. Exchanges and refunds on merchandise totals only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Sales on all branded products are final.
